Why Are The Prints Coming Out With A Purple/pink Band?

Hi, the MP171 is strictly a black & white copier -- it has no means of making any other colors. If you are getting purple or pink on your copies, check the paper in your trays, because it's likely something that's already on your paper before the copies are made.
