Ricoh Laser Printer Cautioning Paperjam Error Message, How To Rectify?

Hi, the paper jam could be anywhere in the printer. Open the right side door and see if you see any paper. Pull out the fuser, open the duplex unit, and check all through the paper path. If you pulled a piece of paper out already, look at the paper to see if maybe a small scrap tore off; if so, that may be what's causing the jam message. Also pull out the paper trays and check them to make sure the paper is sitting flush against the paper guides and the paper is not filled over the upper limit line -- either of those conditions can cause false paper jams.
