Creasing On 5.4 X 7.8 Env When Running Through Bypass Tray
How can I prevent my Aficio SP C431DN from creasing a 5.4 x 7.8 envelope when printing it? I'm running it as custom size "envelope" paper type and it creases the env each time. Help!

Running envelopes through Ricoh printers can be hit or miss. Some types of envelopes work better (ie. straight-tip flap vs. rounded flap). If you're setting the paper for Envelope and it's still creasing, try setting it for Thick 2 or Thick 3 -- that slows the fuser down more and may prevent the creasing.
