Deleting Email Addresses
How do I delete former employee addresses that have been put into the copier? These have been added to the copier to be able to send scans to email accounts.

To delete an unwanted email destination, follow the steps below:
- Press the User Tools button.
- Select System Settings.
- Select the Administrative Tools tab.
- Select Address Book Management.
- Select Delete.
- Locate the user you want to remove from the list of users on the screen and touch that user to delete him or her. You'll be prompted to confirm your selection, and once you've done that press OK to exit the address book and then press User Tools to return to the main screen.
- Press the User Tools button.

- Select Address Book Management.
- Select Delete.
- Locate the user you want to remove from the list of users on the screen and touch that user to delete him or her. You'll be prompted to confirm your selection, and once you've done that press OK to exit the address book and then press User Tools to return to the main screen.
