How do I enter an e-mail address to the scanner

To add a new email destination on the C5000:
- Press User Tools on the copier's operation panel.
- Touch System Settings on the screen.
- Select the Administrator Tools tab (all the way on the right).
- Select Address Book Management.
- Select New, Program, or New Program (whichever option is available).
- Enter the user's name as you want it displayed.
- Select the Email tab.
- Enter the user's email address.
- Select OK to save the new address.
- Exit out of User Tools.
- Press User Tools on the copier's operation panel.
- Touch System Settings on the screen.
- Select the Administrator Tools tab (all the way on the right).
- Select Address Book Management.
- Select New, Program, or New Program (whichever option is available).
- Enter the user's name as you want it displayed.
- Select the Email tab.
- Enter the user's email address.
- Select OK to save the new address.
- Exit out of User Tools.
