Ricoh C4502

The magenta slot where the cartridge goes into the machine is where the sensor pins that fit into the cartrige are bent and not able to recognize the cartridge. What do I need to do to be able to use The machine

Their is nothing you can do on your own as u said the pins are bent not to save it from further damage please contact ricoh
