Ricoh Mpc 4500 Cannot Scan To Folder Windows 8

If the C4500 could scan to an older Windows computer but can't scan to Windows 8, it probably needs a firmware update. Windows 8 uses a newer version of SMB, and a firmware update will allow the C4500 to use the same version and be able to scan to the Windows 8 PC.
