Sender Not Specified Keeps Apperaing & 'sender Button Is Greyed Out
tring to send an email but it tells me 'sender not specified'. try to set sender but 'sender' button is greyed out & not activated

I wanted to prevent my users from needing to specify a sender, so in addition to entering an administrator's email address (as afondy said, User Tools > System settings > File Transfer), I had to make sure none of the users were enabled as Senders (under their Protection tab in the Address Book) and that Auto Select Sender Name was On (under File Transfer tab in System Settings).
