Register A Sender
I'm trying to scan a document and send to an email, but when I try to do it, the scan does not go through and I'm given a message saying that a sender was not specified. I tried to go to "Options" to select a "Sender's Name," but the option is grayed out and I'm unable to select that option at all. Is there something that needs to be done more on an administrator level or in system settings? Please advise. Thank you.
