Hi, you can change or delete email addresses in the address book (User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management). To delete an email address, select Delete and then choose the address to delete. To change an address, select that address from the list in the address book, go to the Email tab, and make the corrections to the email address, then select OK to save the new address.
