If the machine won't let you into SP mode, it's because there's a condition preventing it -- generally, this is because of a pending print job. If there are print jobs in the queue, either cancel them or wait for them to finish before trying to access service mode.

If there is no pending print job, it may be because of a specific error condition. Reboot the machine, wait for it to come to ready, and then try to go into SP mode.

In [System Settings], under [Interface Settings], select [Wireless LAN], and then press [Wireless LAN Signal] to check signal status. If signal quality is poor, move the machine to a location where radio waves can pass or remove objects that might cause interference.

(You can check signal status only when using wireless LAN in the infrastructure mode.)
