Ricoh Mp C2050 How Do I Set The Password For Copying Only? Not For Documents

When you say "not for documents," do you mean printing from a computer? You can set up which functions to lock by pressing User Tools/Counter, then going to System Settings, Administrator Tools, User Code Management.
You can choose exactly what you want to lock and what not to lock. To have the user code enabled for copying, select it from the list so it is highlighted. You can also choose whether just to lock it for color copying, or for black and white copying as well.
