Unfortunately, Ricoh limits access to its copier firmware to certified technicians and dealers. In order to access either the Technology Solutions Resource Center or RFG-eSource, the sites where Ricoh firmware is made available, you must have Ricoh credentials.
Your best bet is to contact a local Ricoh servicer or dealer and have them install the firmware for you.
