Rpcs Error Report

can't print anymore on the C2030: this is the error that I'm getting (error are printed by the machine as I setup in the menu to print out the error

An RPCS command error occurred. Check that the communication between a device and the printer is working correctly. ... Check the connection between the computer and the printer. Check that the program you used to compress the data is functioning correctly.
