Ricoh Aficio Mp C5000 Wont Print Colour For Mac 10.10
Ricoh Aficio MP C5000 wont print colour for mac 10.10. Please help

In the print preferences (under the Preset settings) you'll have to enable color if it's set for black and white. If you've done that and it still won't print in color, user authentication may be turned on, requiring a user code in order to print in color. Turn off user authentication (in User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools) and then try to print in color.
