Document Is Not Printing. Have Tried Cancel Job No Luck.
When we try to cancel the job it does not appear in the settings. How to reset the printer so that the documents will print.

Hi, you can usually cancel a job by pressing the Printer button on the left side of the operation panel, then selecting Job Reset on the screen (or pressing the red Stop button) and confirming your choice. If this method does not work, you can try shutting the copier off using the main (orange) power switch, then switching it back on. If that doesn't work either, you'll have to cancel the print job from the computer, or possibly restart the print spooler or computer.
