Ricoh Aficio Mp 2851 Has Duplex Set To Off And Can't Change On Windows 7

Under the printer settings for the Ricoh Aficio MP 2851 the duplex setting is set to off and greyed so it cannot be changed. The printer does not seem to have any issues that would prevent it from doing 2 pages to 1 double sided page, so why is the settings greyed out in windows 7?

If the option is grayed out in your print driver, then most likely you don't have rights to manage the printer for some reason. You'll either need to contact your network administrator to obtain those rights, or else try to install a new print driver and see if that lets you change it.
