Double Sided Booklet
I want to print a owner directory from Outlook. The Ricoh Aficio MP 3351 PCL6 that I have prints the 2nd page (2nd side of double sided print) upside down. Please help so it prints like a book.

It sounds like it's processing double-sided documents as top-to-bottom instead of top-to-top. If you look in the print driver, you should be able to find this setting and change it. Check the print driver properties and preferences, and look for the duplex option for how to handle double-sided pages.
