sc551 is a fuser temperature error. You'll need to have a technician reset that error. It could be something as simple as a dirty thermistor, or it could be:

- A defective thermistor
- A blown thermostat
- A bad wire harness
- A bad power supply
- A scratched hot roller
- Or something else
