Richo Mp C4000 Authentication Error Occurred

when I tried to print a photo from the computer that is connected to richo aficio mp c 40000, it doesn not print, there was an error log " authentication error occured". no problem occured when I printed on the same machine in black and white.

Your C4000 has user authentication enabled for color printing. That means that if you want to print in color, you need to input the correct user code into the print driver before sending the print job.

If you have administrative rights to the copier, you can turn user authentication off. User authentication can be turned off by going to User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools > User Authentication Management.

Once you've turned off user authentication (or at least disabled it for color printing) and saved the change, you will be able to send color print jobs the same as you send black and white ones.
