Hi, open all the doors and covers and then close them back up again, and take out the paper trays and make sure no paper got stuck in them or behind them. If the copier is still showing a jam, turn it off and back on. If the jam message reappears, either there is a piece of paper stuck somewhere, or you have a faulty sensor.
