my ricoh africio 2020d tell me to enter user code and i dont know the code

If you have a machine administrator or network administrator, they should be able to supply you with a user name or password.  If this is your personal machine and no one else uses or administers it, and as long as the Administrator Tools section of the copier's User Tools is not locked, you can go in there (User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools) and print out a list of all the user codes.
