Acd1 Treadmill Want Start

Powers Up And Console Works But Motor Want Run. Checked Motor, It Works. Does It Have A Start Relay? If It Does, It Is Not Picking Up To Start Motor. Problem Appears To Be On Control Board But It Was Only Installed 1 Year Ago. How Can I Get A Schematics Of Board? Ser #94525-87. 4-00151-02
