My Rdt325 Makes Static Noise
i have the RCA RTD325w thearter system. connected or not connected to the tv all i hear is static noise coming out of the speakers. i unplug them and replug them. and it doent seem to work. ive shut it off unpluged it and nothing. someone please help.
