Why My Rca Tv Asks Me For A Password Now Everytime I Turn The Tv On?

Everytime I turn on my "RCA TV ENTERTAINMENT SERIES X BOX READY", all of a sudden now it asks me for a password. The screen is also too big. How do I correct these problems Thank youGuy Michaud
