Changing Hidden Channels Without The Remote?

I set vid1 and vid2 to not display in channel list, then the remote stopped working. Now, even using the menu buttons on the side of the TV it requires the remote to select displays not in the channel list. Is there anything I can do to make it work without dropping thirty dollars on a new remote?
