How Do I Pick Up A Line Using The H5401 After Putting The Line On Hold?

We use the 252424 base phones in our front office, but we are having trouble with picking up lines on the cordless H5401 after putting them on hold with one of the base phones. What sequence of buttons do we need to push to answer a call on hold using the H5401 after putting the line on hold with our base phones, Model 252424?
