Proform Crosswalk 325 Treadmill Does Not Move With Power Is On

Hello,My treadmill does not move. The power is on, the key (switch) is in. I can see the numbers on the console. When I increase the speed to 1.0, the walking belt tries to move, but not move.When I open the hood, I saw the "PWM light (red)" flashing on the power board, and "SPD CNTL light (red)" flushing on the controller. See the aThis problem happens two year ago, it comes and goes, but now it does not work completely. Please let me know what is the issue? and how to fix it?Thanks,Charles
