Hdmi Light Flashing Red
I have done everything I can think of. I'm locked out it seems can't reset it just keeps flashing and reciver does nothing. It worked fine first day.

You might get it to reset by pressing the *adv surround* and *enter* buttons together for 3 seconds as this works for other models.

The problem with the HDMI indicator flashing or the digital indicator flashing and no sound has to do with the signal select. For me I had an HDMI cable plugged into the DVD source and the digital indicator was flashing, I could see the picture but no sound. Turns out I must have pushed the signal select button on the remote by accident and changed it fROM HDMI to digital. To fix it I pressed the signal select button on the remote until the letter "H" showed up. Down load the manual and look on page 21, under signal select.
