Pioneer Sc-09tx Zone Outputs

On my Pioneer SC-09tx both zone 2 and 3 RCA outputs in operative.

Troubleshooter101, your spec response doesn't explain why they aren't functional (and I've gone thru all the audio output setup items) and still no signal out put when the zone 2/3 are selected.
