Can You Set Which Of The 6 Options Is Your 'home' Screen? Accidentally Changed

Hello, the screen in the "middle" (the one with 2 screens to the left of it and 2 screens to the right of it) is considered the home screen. You can't change that, but you can move icons from any of the screens to any other ones. For more details, see pages 31-35 of the user guide. (If you don't have the user guide, you can download it here.)
