is it possible to replace three hand sets of Pansonic KX-TG9341t cordless telephone

Hi. Once in a while you might want to reset the phone to clear registration and other glitches. Do try to do so.
To reset the phone:- Disconnect all the power adapter, remove batteries on all handsets. Let the system sit for 3-5 Minutes and then put it back together. Reset the phone would erase all the phone memory including saved phone numbers and voice messages. Be careful!
