Main Board

Hello there?, I have this unit on standby. I have isolated all outputs. Still cant klic on the relay. I have correct voltage +13v and 5.yv too.I suspect the main control spider IC located under the main PCB is GONE. someone perhaps have another clue? Most importantly I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE No. PRINTED ON THIS IC as mine is no longer visible due to its age. Or where can I buy one May watsap me on +27847803333.
