Drum Reset On My Oki C330dn After Drum Replacement.
after replacing my image drum the toner levels are showing zero % for every color but K. i tried putting in the primer cartridges again to see if that would work ( maybe it didnt prime correctly) ran the 4 mins again and nothing. I am still showing Zero% and the damn thing wont clear therefore not allowing me to print. ... Please help.. oh i tried turning off the printer, then on while pressing the up,down arrows simultaneously and no "OKI USER" menu popped up as recommended in a site troubleshooting OKI Printers, im stuck!! please help!!!
