Nordictrack Freestride Trainer Fs5i Glide Cable

Freestride trainer made a load bang/clunk sound when the right pedal was on the down cycle. Upon inspection, the glide cable is wavy/lumpy in a 10 inch stretch and causes large vibrations when traveling over the cable guide. How can I repair or replace the glide cable? And what might have caused this?

On the web i cant found anything which might help you to replace this cable because nordictrack reserve the open source repairing you can say bad company or support.
