Nokia 6020 Not Charging Solution

1 switch your phone off, take the battery out, clean and adjust the contacts, put it back in after a few seconds and switch your phone on. try charging again
2. If the battery is completely discharged it may take several minutes before the charging indicator is shown or before you can make any calls.
If the battery has not been used for a long time, you may need to connect the charger then disconnect and reconnect to begin charging
3. In many cases software update is just what is needed to get your phone working smoothly again.
