Airbag Warning Light Flashing And Horn Isn't Working

Dear sir, yesterday i had to fix some strange sound in the stearing box. so i had decide to go to a local dealer to diagnose the problem and he already repaired it , now the stearing is simply great.after he finished and i started the car suddenly is saw the airbag light flashing and the horn is not working.please i need your help !!!
