Using This To Extend The Range Of An Apple Airport Extreme

I placed the Netgear range extender halfway between the AppleAirport Extreme and the back bedroom that doesn't quite get the unextended WiFi signal (as far as my iPhone is concerned). I then turned-on the extender and got a green link rate indication. Then I pressed the WPS button on the extender and went to find a corresponding WPS button on my Apple Airport Extreme but found that it does not appear to have one. What shall I do?
