Is There A Way To Further Reduce The Volume Of The Headset When It Is Connected

when connected to the motoactv mp3 player the volume seems loud even with the settting set to the lowest level

Have you already tried to lower the volume of the device together taking into account lower the volume on your cell phone? If not lets do try it and see if it works.
