Hi,

Make sure your headset is in pairing mode when you scan for it using your phone. To set your heaset to pairing mode:

o Place the headset on your ear.

o Turn on your headset by opening the boom. This is the on position.

o You will hear "ready to pair" This means that the H17 is in discoverable mode.

o The H17 will tell you what to do in order to connect to your phone. Follow the voice prompts.

o When your headset pairs with your phone, you will hear "pairing complete"

If you're still unable to successfully pair the device with your phone try to reset the headset back to factory settings. With your headset on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue. Then redo the pairing process after the reset.

Hope this helps.
