My Motorola H17 Bluetooth Headset Says Its Connected But Does Not Work

Hi,

Try to power off both device for a couple of seconds the power them back onand check if it's already working. You can also restore the headset back to factory settings and pair it again with your device.

Here's how to restore the headset to factory settings.

With your headset on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue.
