How Do I Answer A Call And How Do I Connect To Bluetooth?

When I receive a call, I've tried swiping from the green phone to the red but it doesn't work. Also my phone will not connect to my bluetooth hands-free device for my car.

To answer a call, drag the Grey phone icon towards the Green phone icon .
