After Making Or Receiving A Phone Call Can Not Be Heard By The Person.

Hi,

Try to reset your headset back to factory settings then pair it again with your phone. With your headset on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue.

You can also pair the headset with a different phone. This is juts to isolate the issue. If your headset is within a year from the date of purchase, you can contact Motorola for warranty options.
