My Units Works But No Color
So I have tried to reset. But for 2 days it will not let me play anything on my blue ray. But it's strange that it is a 100% not lit up

I see. There are a few things you can try to fix the no color issue on your Marantz NR1607 receiver when playing Blu-ray.
Check the HDMI cables. Make sure that the HDMI cables are properly connected to the receiver and the Blu-ray player. Try using different HDMI cables to see if that makes a difference.
Change the HDMI input. Try changing the HDMI input on the receiver to see if that fixes the issue.
Reset the receiver. You can reset the receiver to its factory settings by pressing and holding the Power button for about 10 seconds. This will erase all of your settings, so make sure to back up your settings first.
Update the receiver firmware. Make sure that the receiver firmware is up to date. You can update the firmware by downloading it from the Marantz website and following the instructions.
Contact Marantz support. If you have tried all of the above and the issue is still not resolved, contact Marantz support for further assistance.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind when troubleshooting the no color issue on your Marantz NR1607 receiver:
Make sure that the Blu-ray player is outputting a 1080p signal.
Make sure that the receiver is set to the correct input mode.
Try turning off the receiver and the Blu-ray player for a few minutes, then turn them back on.
