I Cant Make A Call!!

Hello: When i try to call from the magic jack it say error 404 ..and am connected to the internet? how to solve this problem ? thank you! Saleh.

1)Open Control Panel (Start Menu - Control Panel)
2)Click Internet Options
3)Click CONNECTIONS tab
4)Click Lan Settings button
5)Make sure the box under the Proxy Server section is UNSELECTED
