Why Does Magic Jack Say I Need To Prepay When I Just Payed For 5 Yrs In Dec?

message comes on phone that i need to prepay for minutes on my magic jack to make a conference call when all i am trying to do is call a meat processing plant right here in kansas where i live...it did let me call my daughter directly after that tho so i could have her drive over here across town so that i would be able to use her cell phone

magicJack promises free domestic conference calls, without limitation, and you're entitled to that benefit. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions, but you'll have to bear the cost of return shipping. If magicJack is not fulfilling the terms of its promise, I urge you to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. You may also want to dispute your payment with your credit/debit card provider.
