Order your magic jack plus once you receive it you get 30 days to try it out. If you don't want to keep it. You must return it complete with all the instructions and cables,very important that you do that. Return it in thirty days no thirty one or thirty two days and so on. Use delivery confirmation as far as I know is the customer responsibility to ship it back to magic jack to customer's expense. The return address specify by magic jack. Also you must contact magic jack 1st to get en RMA,return merchandise atomization,without this number they will not accept your magic jack.
