Problems With Magic Jack

I cannot get a dial tone anymore with Magic Jack. How do I reset this in layman's terms?

Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
