Green Power Button Just Flashes, Will Not Turn Tv On After Pressing

We had not used the TV for 3 days, and then went to turn on and all the green power button will do is blink.  Nothing turns on, no screen or sound.  Why?  Is there an easy fix with a fuse or can we "reboot" it by pressing two control panels at once?

Power button will not turn on. I have had the tv for two years and have not had this problem before.
