Graphic Card

can i use a EVGA GeForce 6800 GS GDDR3 ON A MSI Motherboard, because its makes little sounds when it hit highlighting  area like flashbands... O, Motherboard is K9N6PGM2-V2

Yes, as long as the bus is correct it will work.  The motherboard has one 16 bit PCI-express slot and the video card is a 16 bit PCI-express card.  Just make sure you have the proper drivers installed.
